This hotel is the only of the few hotels in North-West region outside Moscow and St.Petersburg that measures up to the international standards. The hotel was built in 1991 and is situated on the bank of the river Volchov, in the centre of the city. The hotel offers 226 comfortable rooms (169 standard rooms, 34 business class rooms, 17 junior suites, 5 suites and apartments). All rooms are equipped with TV-set, telephone and mini-bar.
